Discovery Deadlines

The passing of discovery deadlines or the end of the Discovery period under a Scheduling order does not relieve parties of the duty to supplement or amend their discovery responses. Parties that shirk their responsibility to adequately respond to discovery may be sanctioned under the Mississippi rules.
